Exceptional professional support throughout the selling process.
The first time we met Pierre we were immediately impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the property market together with his local experience and vast expertise. Every concern or issue regarding the selling process of our maison secondaire was discussed in great detail and we were greatly reassured that any issues that might arise would be expertly handled and resolved.
Following the personal recommendations from our friends in the Deux Sèvres, we contacted Pierre well in advance of our intended selling date. With this advanced planning, he was able to prepare all the appropriate documentation, arrange the necessary property inspections and take the internal and external photographs. We will were therefore fully prepared to start the marketing campaign in April 2026.
We were truly delighted with the result: the website looked extremely professional and the description of the property was both accurate and enticing. We were equally excited to learn that within a few days five inspection visits had been booked. After our buyer’s offer had been accepted, Pierre expertly handled all the detailed paperwork and throughout the process maintained liaison between ourselves, the buyer and the Notaire.
During the entire selling operation, Pierre make sure that we were kept fully informed of developments whilst, as always, maintaining his wonderful sense of humour. It was great to work with somebody who had such a forensic attention to detail and we are enormously thankful that we chose Pierre as our selling agent. We cannot more highly recommend Pierre.

Nous avons acheté notre maison avec Pierre il y a quelques années. Tout s'était très bien passé et nous étions très satisfaits de son accompagnement. C'est donc tout naturellement que nous avons fait appel à lui pour vendre notre maison cette année. Pierre s'est montré à nouveau réactif, professionnel et de bon conseil. Extremely good service
Pierre was very helpful throughout our sale of our French house. Knowing that other properties were taking sometime years to sale we thought that's OK we'll have a few more visits to our Maison Secondaire but Pierre found us a buyer in a couple months. He was very helpful in organising all the surveys and paperwork necessary. A very efficient and pleasant person to work with.
